Shipping your order


Orders are only processed after receipt of payment.
In the product sheet, you will find an indication of the estimated time for preparing the product.
Your order will be shipped when all products are available

The goods are shipped at the customer's expense and risk and cannot be held responsible for any delays in transport.

Shipping costs may vary depending on weight, volume and place of delivery. If you want your order to be distributed to several destinations, place a separate order for each destination.

Exchanges and returns

Any order contract made on the Vamospersonalizar.pt website may be freely resolved under the terms of article 10 of Decree-Law no. 24/2014 of 14 February, and the User shall bear the costs of return. To this end, the User must return his order within a maximum period of 14 days from the date of receipt, by contacting our customer support service through Customer Support.

In no case send the articles without prior contact as they will not be received.

We do not accept any return sent with postage to be paid or against refund, we undertake to refund the User within a maximum period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the communication of the resolution pursuant to article 12 of Decree-Law no. /2014 of February 14th or the business day following receipt of the return or proof of return of the order, whichever occurs last.

Refund of payments will be made through the same payment method used by the User in the initial transaction or by bank transfer, if the payment method used does not allow it.

Return of items must comply with the following conditions:

  • Returned products must be in conditions of sale, that is, in the same state in which they arrived in the User's hands, without any anomaly, with the original packaging and accompanied by the respective invoice.
  • No exchanges or returns of batteries, cells and LEDs are accepted, except for non-compliance.
  • Custom item exchanges or returns are not accepted. (see sales conditions for personalized items)


If the packaging is damaged and/or the items show obvious signs of use, we will not be able to accept the exchange or refund of the value.

Conditions applicable in case of return.

If you choose to return the amount, we inform you that:

If the value resulting from the exchange of products in an order is greater than the initial value of the order, the user will have to pay the difference, using it for one of the available payment methods

If the value resulting from the exchange of products in an order is less than the initial value of the order, or in case of a return, the User may choose one of the following ways to refund the amount paid in excess:

  • Shopping voucher (valid for use in future purchases on our website); or
  • Refund by bank transfer to account to be indicated.
  • Items sent free of charge, in the form of gifts or bonuses, will not be refunded
